Building R2-D2

What goes into building a R2-D2 ? Time, money, more money, a little more time, and then there is the money. :)

Thanks to the good folks at Astromech.net and the R2 Builder's Club (Yahoo Group and Forum), I've been able to assemble the parts and most of the knowledge needed for this project.

Below is a list of the parts required for construction. Basically, this is a checklist for my own purposes, but feel free to use it if you need a checklist of your own.
